Every year on Memorial Day, we gather at Archetype Fitness to honor the fallen the only way we know how—by pushing ourselves to the limit and remembering those who gave everything.
The Murph is more than just a workout.
It’s a tribute.
Named after Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, this workout is a test of endurance, grit, and community. It consists of:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
Followed by another 1 mile run (Weighted vest optional, but encouraged)
This year’s Murph 2025 shirt reflects the gravity of that sacrifice.
Printed on a soft Bella Canvas Triblend tee, the design features an eagle in flight—representing freedom and courage—paired with the powerful words of John 15:13:
“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”
IMPORTANT: Sizes are Extra Small through 4X. There are 4 colors to choose from as well as 2 options for the design. Please make sure you select shirt size, color, and whether you want the option with or without the scripture before adding to your cart.
